For entertainment, there are shopping opportunities, restaurants, a bike trail, kayak, jet skis, and boat rentals nearby.
This is a quiet beach community, where the daily action consists of joggers, boats out on the ocean, and splashing in the waves. We live close by so if you need us we can easily be reached or stop by! There is a huge deck that may be shared by a few other cottage guests where you can grill, eat out on, or lay in the sun on one of the lounge chairs! The beach is directly out front over a walking bridge! There are two beach chairs and an umbrella to use! Perfect area to take walks or to stroll on the beach! We will happily take $25.00 off your cleaning charge if you bring your own queen sheets, dish towels, and towels to use for the beach and bath! Just let us know! Easy access to the mid cape to get to the outer Cape or the mid Cape Highway. Not far away is mini golf, a water park, ferries to the islands, harbor tours, the Cape Cod Rail trail, bike, and boat rentals. Close by is downtown Hyannis to shop and eat. We purchased a new pullout loveseat that sleeps one with a memory foam mattress, if you bring a small child or need an additional bed.
We installed room darkening shades throughout. Here, the pace is leisurely – sip coffee on the deck, watch the sunrise, and swim in the warm waters of Nantucket Sound on Colonial Acres Beach just outside. Take in endless views of the ocean walking up to this quaint cottage.
